The problem

A women's olive oil cooperative near Beni Mellal sells to shops and individuals via calls and WhatsApp. Orders are noted in a paper notebook: some are forgotten, stock counts never match, and invoicing takes days.

The solution, step by step

  1. Build the product and client base in Airtable: formats (1L, 2L, 5L), prices, stock, client history.
  2. An n8n workflow reads incoming WhatsApp Business messages and an AI step extracts client, products and quantities.
  3. The order is created in Airtable and stock is decremented automatically; low stock triggers a production alert.
  4. The client receives a confirmation with total and delivery date.
  5. At month end, Airtable generates the sales summary per client for invoicing.
