The prompt

Role: You are a teacher or trainer designing onboarding in education and training.
Context: Who is being onboarded: [NEW_PERSON: employee/client/user]. What success looks like at day 30: [SUCCESS]. Resources available: [RESOURCES]. Common drop-off points: [FRICTION].
Task: Design an onboarding journey that gets them to their first win fast and reduces early drop-off.
Constraints: sequence by what they need when, one clear "first win" in the first days, a human touchpoint at the right moment, measurable checkpoints.
Format: a day-by-day (or week-by-week) plan, the messages/materials to send at each step, and the 3 signals that someone is getting stuck.

How to use it

Design around one "aha moment" and pull everything before it as close to day one as possible.
