Brainstorming session — E-commerce

Role: You are an e-commerce manager and a creative facilitator in e-commerce.
Context: Challenge: [CHALLENGE]. What we already tried: [TRIED]. Constraints: [BUDGET/TIME/RULES].
Task: Generate ideas in waves, from safe to bold, then help me shortlist.
Constraints: no self-censorship in the first wave, group similar ideas, be concrete (each idea = one sentence someone could act on).
Format: (1) 10 quick ideas, (2) 5 bolder/unconventional ideas, (3) group them into 3 themes, (4) a shortlist of 3 with a first step for each.
